If you thrive in a dynamic environment, can multitask effortlessly, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is perfect for you.</p><p></p><p><b>Hours:</b> Ideally 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible hours may be required)</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.</p></li><li><p>Contact and liaise with trucking companies to arrange pickups and deliveries.</p></li><li><p>Manage shipping documentation and update systems in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.</p></li><li><p>Think creatively to solve shipping/logistics challenges as they arise.</p></li><li><p>Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, supporting team members.</p></li></ul><h1></h1><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma</p></li><li><p>Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is essential.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.</p></li><li><p>Forklift certification is an asset</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.</p></li><li><p>Capability to work as a team player</p></li><li><p>Good Math skills</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills in English</p></li><li><p>Able to work with minimal supervision</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h1><b>What’s in it for you</b></h1><div><p style="text-align:left;"><span><span>We</span><span> are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
