<div> Venture Solar is hiring a Residential Solar Installer. Compensation:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">$19.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Full benefits package</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assembly, installation, or maintenance of solar modules/array and mounting hardware.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Knowledge of hand-held power tools.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience in PV installations, roof work, general construction, or carpentry - preferred.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Basic understanding/experience with electrical wiring of AC and DC systems - preferred.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Solar installation experience</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable with heights - required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Able to lift at least 50 pounds</li></ul>A valid, clean driver's license - required </div>
