Service is the key to Success and as colleague in our globally operating Service Team you appreciate independent, diversified, and solution-oriented work.How you’ll make an impact             <ul><li>Drive service sales and business development activities across assigned countries and market   segments (e.g., Utilities, Power Generation, Oil &amp; Gas, EPCs, Industrial clients).</li><li>Identify new opportunities and lead the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, presenting the full-service portfolio, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, retrofit, and digital service and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC) and timely forecasting of orders and revenues.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, and legal) for proposal preparation, delivery, and project execution and conduct regular customer visits, participate in industry forums, and represent the company in external engagements, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments in the assigned region.</li><li>Ensure that the inside sales organization and tendering process including the Risk Review process is followed and respected and that the risk assessments related to price and quality, register required information into the appropriate customer database, ensure technical reliability, safety, best solutions to satisfy customer’s needs and comply with health and safety directives. </li><li>Stay updated on technological advancements and market trends to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in service offerings to support the Business Units vision.</li><li>Planning daily activities, developing, and maintaining customer relations and managing customer accounts, Developing, implementing, and following up on strategic sales plans.</li><li>Establish effective business relations with sales executives, management, and technical team members.
