Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.  Reimagine What’s Possible 1.     带领现场团队完成各项公司部署业绩指标和KPI 目标2.     带领现场操作员支持本站的调试工作，包括机械、电气、仪表的单机调试，完成相关操作3.     参与本站的HZAOP、ORI、Punchlist、P&amp;ID 等review，编制本站运行文件4.     负责加氢站的日常操作及管理，包括氢气（气态氢/液态氢）加注系统、压缩机系统、储氢管系统、氢气卸气系统及辅助系统的操作。确保加氢站安全有效地运行。5.     负责和督促操作员执行加氢站的日常巡检和记录；执行产品质量控制流程中所要求的工作及资料收集。6.     在工艺工程师的支持下，负责氢气加注量和卸车量等相关结算方面的数据收集和填报。7.     在工程师的指导下，处理常见的异常情况；协助运维工程师实施加氢站及附属设施的预防性维护（PM/MI tasks）；负责本站备件、维修计划的管理。8.     及时记录并汇报影响到加氢站的安全、质量、可靠性、环境等的事件。9.     督促和支持加氢站的各项证照的更新和培训证书的复审，确保在有效期内。10.  主持本站安全会议，执行日常安全审核(包括APSAM, SIP, BSP, 安全培训等)，并撰写安全报告。11.  与客户保持良好的沟通，密切合作。同时与客户、本地运营/运维团队、商业团队等紧密合作。12.  负责和监督操作员培训课程和其他交叉培训课程等。学习并执行相关程序/安全标准。13.  严格遵守并督促操作人员公司安全程序/安全标准。14.  逐步提高英语水平，能阅读安全手册和操作手册。15.  与客户及公司各个支持部门保持良好的沟通，密切合作。16.  从操作技能、安全技能、团队协作等方面，管理和培训加氢站操作员，做好团队建设。促进员工和自身共同成长。17.  完成上级安排的其他与岗位相关的其他事项。We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
