<p>AECOM is actively seeking a Construction Manager for immediate employment in Orange, CA. The Construction Manager will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Leading and overseeing the construction management staff in the field</li><li>Ensuring successful delivery of the project and implementation of project plans and specifications</li><li>Serving as the main point of contact for the client</li><li>Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans</li><li>Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion</li><li>Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications</li><li>Managing and resolving on-site issues and conflicts</li><li>Preparing and presenting progress reports to clients and upper management</li><li>Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures</li><li>Reviewing and approving change orders and contract modifications</li><li>Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations</li><li>Mentoring and developing junior staff members</li><li>Participating in project planning and risk assessment activities</li><li>Collaborating with design teams to resolve constructability issues</li><li>Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records</li></ul>
