AECOM is currently seeking a Project Planning &amp; Scheduling Specialist II to join our  New York Metro Team  but the position can be located anywhere within the US and remote.This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:<ul><li>Review contractor schedule for compliance with Contract and Scheduling Technicalities.</li><li>Supports analysis of schedule, identifies and investigates project schedule variances.</li><li>Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports.</li><li>Assists in the development and maintenance of WBS and support activities to implement applicable coding.</li><li>Gathers data for schedule baseline development and maintenance.</li><li>Supports in development of Construction Time Determination (CTD) Schedule.</li><li>Supports gathering and assembling data for schedule updating.</li><li>Supports measurement of project schedule progress and gathers and assembles data for schedule and network updating</li><li>Collaborates with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment with project goals and objectives.</li><li>Identifies and communicates potential schedule risks and proposes mitigation strategies.</li><li>Prepares and presents schedule-related reports and updates to project teams and management.</li><li>Assists in the development and implementation of schedule recovery plans when necessary.</li><li>Participates in project meetings to provide schedule-related insights and recommendations.</li><li>Supports the integration of schedule data with other project management tools and systems.</li><li>Contributes to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and best practices within the organization.</li></ul>
