From education, healthcare, transportation and water facilities to sports, leisure, cultural arts and other public gathering venues, we deliver on the promise of protecting our clients’ interests as our own and building partnerships with the communities we serve.  AECOM is seeking a Project Information Specialist to work closely with our client as a member of the knowledge management team to support various needs regarding large scale documentation management, document organization, migration and metadata tagging.  Preferred location is Omaha, Nebraska, however, candidate will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the United States. This position is expected to begin in August or September 2025.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>The candidate will work heavily within the client’s document management system (AODocs) as well as utilize Google and Microsoft office-based software such as sheets and docs to further manage client needs </li><li>The candidate will support admin level tasks within the client’s DMS which can include: </li><li>Small to large scale manipulation of metadata fields and tagging documentation </li><li>Small to large scale Document migrations </li><li>Small to large scale Content revisions  </li><li>Small to large scale Deprecation </li><li>Assure the quality of metadata and document content consistency by performing routine reviews and discerning incoming requests. </li><li>The candidate must be highly organized and able to work within a constantly evolving field </li><li>The candidate must be able to quickly turn around work and meet deadlines as they arise </li><li>The candidate must be able to communicate effectively as they will be working directly with the client regularly </li><li>The candidate must be able to work independently and within a team atmosphere</li></ul>
