Technical Trainers work normal office hours from Monday to Friday.  Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex product systems</li><li>Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses</li><li>Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation</li><li>Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features</li><li>Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions</li><li>Follows up to determine applicability of course materials</li><li>20-25% travel</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate degree or equivalent experience in English, Communication, or writing.</li><li>5+ years industry related experience or equivalent in complex electronic system operation and or maintenance</li><li>Familiarity with:<ul><li>Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Framemaker</li><li>MS Office Suite</li></ul></li></ul>Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.#FLIR  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
