<ul><li>POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Financial Support is responsible for managing all aspects of the corporate Financial Analysis and Planning function. This includes review and oversight of the company’s models and scenarios used for developing internal projections, external guidance, and incentive compensation. This role leads the company’s annual budget process, reports and analyzes financial results, and establishes performance targets. The Senior Manager, Financial Support prepares ad hoc analysis as needed and communicates insights to various stakeholders, including the CFO, CEO, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations, while collaborating with other groups including field finance leadership, corporate accounting, and other functional roles to interpret and communicate financial results to company leaders.
