This individual will lead organic social and influencer strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients across sectors such as cleantech, health, and real estate. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of social media marketing to help shape our clients’ brand presence, voice, and content strategy across platforms.This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys collaborating cross-functionally, and brings a consultative and creative mindset to elevate our organic social media offerings.This position has the potential to transition into a long-term or full-time role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Execution<ul><li>Develop and oversee organic social media strategies tailored to B2B audiences across platforms (primarily LinkedIn, X/Twitter, BlueSky, Instagram, YouTube). </li><li>Conduct social media audits and competitive landscape analysis to inform data-driven strategies. </li><li>Work with the insights and analytics team to assess metrics and provide strategies to optimize against.   </li><li>Integrate social strategies with brand campaigns, influencer marketing, PR, thought leadership, events, content marketing, paid media, and other marketing initiatives.</li></ul>Account Leadership<ul><li>Serve as the senior social media lead across multiple client accounts, providing high-level strategic counsel and execution oversight. </li><li>Present directly to clients with confidence, clarity, and strategic insight. </li><li>Work cross-functionally with internal teams (PR, Growth, Creative) to deliver integrated marketing solutions. </li><li>Partner with growth and new business teams to contribute to social strategies in pitches and proposals.</li></ul>Content &amp; Community Strategy<ul><li>Guide the development of high-performing social content frameworks, calendars, and campaigns that align with client brand narratives and business goals. </li><li>Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative partners to ensure content is visually compelling, on-brand, and platform-optimized.
