In this role, you will be a key advocate for workplace safety, building strong relationships across teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive safety culture. You will support employees through coaching and guidance, lead initiatives that enhance awareness and engagement, and work closely with colleagues, to identify and address risks. Here’s what we’re looking for: <ul> <li>Minimum NCSO designation with 3–5 years of related experience in construction or electrical work preferred; Diploma or Certification in Occupational Health and Safety an asset; working toward CRST considered an advantage.</li> <li>Certified Internal IHSA COR Auditor.</li> <li>Experience managing third-party prequalification systems (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks).</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).</li> <li>Experience managing day-to-day operations, coordinating small to medium-sized projects consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. </li> <li>Skilled in developing and reviewing Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).</li></ul>Who is Spark Power?
