The team has a cross-functional role with a focus on FACTS (Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems), HVDC (High-Voltage, Direct Current) transmission system, Integration of Renewables, and other Advanced Power System Applications within Sweden, and Internationally. At present, the system studies and HVDC section consists teams within seven offices across Sweden.Integration of renewable energy along with FACTS and HVDC play a vital role in the development of sustainable transmission and distribution systems for now and the future. There is a growing need for advanced FACTS and HVDC systems around the world. Renewable electricity generation and demand continue to grow and the vision of higher penetration of Power Electronic Interfaced Generation will continue beyond 2030. We have the business mind of Making Future.We develop the system requirements for different utility and industry customers’ needs and also evaluate contractors and supplier submittals for both tenders and projects. You should be able to develop systems and solutions based on those system and functional requirements. We work together with our customers towards delivering sustainable techno-economic solutions in a timely manner is a core value for the team.
