Role Overview We’re a growing company with team members around the world—and we’re looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our people operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to make a real impact in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and HR Director to keep core processes running smoothly while also helping to build out programs and systems as we scale. From onboarding and documentation to reporting and compliance, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the employee experience across a global workforce. This is a 6 month contract position with the potential to make a meaningful impact on HR operations and employee experience. We offer a hybrid work environment, with four days per week in the office and one day remote. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure all digital files are complete and up to date</li><li>Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, systems access, and equipment tracking</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR workflows</li><li>Generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)</li><li>Support global compliance and audit readiness through accurate documentation and process tracking</li><li>Help coordinate internal training sessions and track employee training completion</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and support internal HR communications</li><li>Provide recruitment coordination support, including job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-boarding logistics</li><li>Administer the company’s mobile phone plan and assist with employee equipment logistics</li><li>Provide general administrative support across the HR function and office operations as needed</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Completion of a relevant Human Resources qualification or previous experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with an HRIS (Bamboo) is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn</li></ul></div></div>
