Create and assign work orders for maintenance tasks and ensure the right resources are available (e.g., parts and inventory) to get the job done.Why Aggreko? Preparing and adjusting operations manpower planning in accordance with site demand/ops requirement.</li><li>Adhere to company’s QHSE, policies and procedures on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE). Manage site maintenance through maintenance management systems (MMS) and ensure all open work orders and spare consumption are reported, booked, and closed on time. weekly stock counts of major’s parts, and follow-up of consumables (oil, coolant, filters, batteries etc.…) forecast service material consumption and put in timely requests</li><li>Conduct HSE and operational audits. Regular reporting to Maintenance Superintendent of main maintenance KPI including Scope compliance, mean time between services compliance, Mean time between failures, $/rh, M0 Completion rates.</li><li>Compiling maintenance compliance report both weekly and monthly basis. Closely monitoring and updating Site consumables(parts) report and coordinating with the store for replenishment as the stock runs low.</li><li>Delivers the required project margins and other financial goals through optimum utilization of personnel, equipment, and material resources. Ensure optimum levels of inventory held on sites. Manages inventory as per recommended principles: Booking of service orders, weekly stock counts of major parts, weekly planning, and follow-up of consumables (oil, coolant, filters)</li><li>Participate in daily Meetings. Assist in the recruitment of local staff.</li><li>Manages disciplinary and grievance procedures. Participating in analysis of any abnormal failure trend discovery on any assets on site by actively participating in (Kaizen, RCA etc,)</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience on a Power Project environment</li><li>Ability to read P&amp;IDs. Able to understand the operations of plant equipment’s</li><li>Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams &amp; Outlook essential).</li><li>The ability to work in a cohesive team. A strong working knowledge of equipment repair procedures</li><li>Average in oral and written communication skills (English). Ability to withstand pressure</li><li>Strong Leadership skills.
