Your mission As a Technical Application Support Specialist, your mission is to be the first point of contact for our branches and internal users, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our complex system landscape. You will be a problem-solver and a partner, working hands-on to help our teams excel.<ul><li>Become the Go-To-Expert: Provide hands-on support for our complex system landscape, including our CRM, Offer Tool, Operating System, Installation Manager App, and more.</li><li>Empower our Users: Go beyond solving individual problems.
