Our clients are many and varied from both the private and public sector and include the major custodians of the UK’s rail network, numerous local authorities, and major Contractors. Current &amp; Upcoming Projects: <ul><li>Old Oak Common Rail Systems</li><li>South Rail Systems Alliance</li><li>Hs2 OCS</li><li>Restoring your Railway schemes</li><li>Control Period 7 Frameworks</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll do:<ul><li>Be responsible for technical leadership of complex, novel, and large multi-disciplinary projects</li><li>Lead the application of AECOM policies and procedures as they apply to technical delivery ensuring project quality processes are in place and being followed</li><li>Prepare Technical Execution Plans</li><li>Be responsible for the appointment of competent discipline lead engineers for technical delivery</li><li>Chair of multi-disciplinary project reviews</li><li>Plan and develop engineering tasks concerned with unique problems. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches</li><li>Resolve issues or problems concerning conflicting requirements and/or difficult coordination, providing concise, fair, and clear adjudication following consultation with all parties.</li><li>Be capable of acting independently on technical matters</li><li>Actively pursue continuous learning of technical advances, emerging business/industry trends and competitive positioning</li><li>Confirm that the technical approach satisfies the client scope of services and expectations</li></ul> If you're enthusiastic about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality, AECOM welcomes you.
