Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned MDM Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in managing enterprise master data, including Item Master, Supplier Master, and Customer Master domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP systems, project operations, and data quality management. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across business functions.Key Responsibilities:1. Master Data Management<ul><li>Create, maintain, and amend Item Master, Supplier Master, and Customer Master records in Oracle ERP.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, standardization, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Sales, Finance, Engineering) to gather and validate master data requirements.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for data quality issues.</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Amendment Processes<ul><li>Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for suppliers and customers, including documentation, validation, and approvals.</li><li>Handle amendment requests for existing records, ensuring audit trails and version control.</li><li>Implement controls to prevent duplication and ensure data lifecycle governance.</li></ul>3. ERP System Expertise<ul><li>Utilize Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud, or Fusion) for master data operations.</li><li>Support ERP enhancements, testing, and data migration activities.</li></ul>4. Project &amp; Operational Management<ul><li>Lead or support MDM-related projects, including system upgrades, data migrations, and process improvements.</li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.</li><li>Data Extraction, transformation, and load operations experience with any ERP (Preferably Oracle)</li><li>Knowledge and proven experience with data governance tools.</li></ul>5. KPI &amp; Quality Management<ul><li>Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.</li><li>Conduct regular data quality audits, profiling, and cleansing activities.</li><li>Generate reports and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement areas.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance and operational efficiency.</li></ul>
