Candidates should have working knowledge of systems common to commercial buildings. This includes, but is not limited to, chillers, HVAC systems, domestic and heating hot water boiler systems, compressed air systems, building management systems, building envelope systems, interior and exterior lighting, café operations and equipment maintenance, pest control programs, and landscape and hardscape maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Must be able to communicate effectively through all standard media. | Regular travel to sites in Redwood City, CA.
