This transformation is evolving our business, strategy, core operations and IT solutions.About the Role:We are on the lookout for a Administration of servers used by GGHWhat You'll Do:<ul><li> Maintaining business continuity of IT systems (server on premise and cloud environments, disk arrays, tape libraries, SAN networks, operating systems, virtualization systems, backup systems),                                                                                                        </li><li>Preparation, supervision and verification backup copies of IT systems and storing backup media in accordance with established procedures in cooperation with the security department, securing and updating IT systems.</li><li>Cooperation with hardware and software suppliers in the scope of services covered by service contracts and warranties.</li><li>Taking immediate actions to remove the system failure and restore its proper operation as quickly as possible.</li><li>Significant and successful experience designing, implementing and managing Office 365 in the enterprise.</li><li>Performing duties and handling service requests outside standard working hours in accordance with the developed schedule.</li><li>Make reviews related to repair, modernization, scrapping and hardware/software purchase.</li><li>Ongoing technical support for users as the Third Level of Support, solving problems in applications running on servers.</li><li>Excellent experience using different Hypervisors, e.g., VMware Virtual clustering and troubleshooting experience with Vmware.</li><li>Performing control tasks provided for in daily, weekly, monthly and periodic administrative work schedules.</li><li>Participate or lead projects in IT infrastructure development.</li><li>Develop and monitor policies for the use of servers and systems resources.</li><li>Develop and update technical documentation.</li><li>Strong analytical technology and design skills                                                                                                             </li></ul>Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:<ul><li>IT or related profile</li><li>above 10 years of experience</li><li>Microsoft, O365, Multi Cloud (Azure, GPC)</li></ul>Competencies Required<ul><li>Strong interpersonal, technical writing and verbal communication to effectively interact</li><li>with users, vendors, and consultants.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work processes in a timely fashion;</li><li>Working efficiently both independently or as a member of a team.</li><li>Analysis, problem management, organization, communication, and customer service</li><li>Establish and maintain effective customer-focused working relationships with managers,</li><li>customers, vendors, consultants, employees and others encountered in the course of work.</li><li>Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.</li></ul>Work Timing &amp; Location  <ul><li>Office – Pimple Saudagar, AWFIS, 3rd Floor, GK Mall, Above Pantaloon.</li><li>Current Flexible office presence policy – 3 days/week, 2 days WFH</li><li>Typical Working Hours – 10.30am/12:30pm to 7.30pm/9:30 pm IST.
