Responsibilities / TasksWarehouse Operations:<ul><li>Assist to receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.</li><li>Organize and store inventory in designated locations.</li><li>Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to schedule.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.</li></ul>SLA Kit Management:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of SLA kits, including contents, locations, and usage history.</li><li>Ensure SLA kits are prepared, stocked, and dispatched according to predefined service standards.</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams or field service units to ensure SLA kits meet operational requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of SLA kits to verify completeness, expiry dates, and readiness.</li></ul>Inventory Management:<ul><li>Assist with regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Update inventory systems with accurate data.</li><li>Assist in cycle counts and annual stock takes.</li></ul>Logistics Coordination:<ul><li>Assist to coordinate with transport providers for timely deliveries and collections.</li><li>Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.</li><li>Prepare shipping documentation and labels.</li></ul>System &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Use ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory and logistics data.</li><li>Generate reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.</li><li>Support audits and compliance checks.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Internal Support:<ul><li>Liaise with internal departments to fulfill stock requests.</li><li>Respond to queries related to inventory and deliveries.</li><li>Support urgent or special logistics requests.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Matric or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification preferred.</li><li>2+ years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.</li><li>Proficiency in inventory management systems</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.</li><li>forklift license will be an advantage</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Microsoft office.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
