The Chassis group is responsible for chassis systems and components, software and vehicle dynamics.</p><p>As a Sr. Technical Project Manager for the Chassis Electronics team, you will be responsible for project managing of all Chassis software items and integration for future development programs.</p><div> </div><div>Responsibilities</div><div><ul><li>Provide general program related support to Chassis Managers, Chassis Module Leader and Chassis Engineers to ensure clear communication of timeline milestones and support with escalation / resolution of program decisions needed</li><li>Create and maintain detailed Gantt charts of multiple chassis projects</li><li>Create and track chassis milestones and drive/support progress within Chassis to achieve deadlines</li><li>Identify critical paths, resource constraints and roadblocks</li><li>Interface with Lucid internal departments and chassis commodity suppliers to keep the validation program on time for vehicle build phases and start of vehicle production</li><li>Utilize Jira to communicate and monitor engineering tasks and progress</li><li>Utilize various communication pages and documentation to publish critical information</li><li>Provide regular progress updates to management and the executive staff</li><li>Lead priority and review of design release and hardware/software change requests through the Lucid change request system</li><li>Support cost breakdown review of software deliverables and work cross functionally to establish should costs, and targets, and help connect teams and suppliers</li><li>Organize, where needed, technical guidance to solve engineering challenges with chassis systems</li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Qualifications</div><div><ul><li>4+ years of professional work experience in a STEM related field</li><li>2+ years working in technical program management</li><li>Experience managing cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience managing aggressive program timelines and deadlines</li><li>Experience in technical / engineering program management in STEM fields such as automotive or consumer electronics</li><li>Experience working with electromechanical assemblies</li><li>Experience with Atlassian Jira, and Confluence</li><li>Experience creating and using GANTT charts</li><li>Experience in manufacturing processes such as stamping, injection molding, die casting, and mechanical assembly processes</li></ul></div><div>Advantageous</div><div><ul><li>Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using Jama, Jira, and Confluence for project management and documentation.</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment with frequent prioritization adjustments</li><li>Experience leading design release and change requests</li><li>Experience with headcount planning, resourcing, and prioritization</li><li>Experience with concept to launch, vehicle development and product launch or consumer product launch</li><li>Knowledge in cross function development of electronics components</li><li>A positive attitude with a drive to learn and contribute meaningfully</li><li>Exceptional communication in written and verbal English</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to develop strategic planning related to project timing, cost and technical requirements</li></ul></div><div>Education</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM.
