<div><div>Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Support Contractor to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems for BasiGo Limited. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with hardware/software support, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.  Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals) and software OS and  applications  </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues  network connectivity, system errors, login problems, etc.)  in-person.  </li><li> Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business applications.  </li><li> Assist with  user account management  (Microsoft 365 and  Google Workspace).  </li><li>Support network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, CCTV, biometric access controls) and escalate complex issues when needed.  </li><li>Perform system updates and patches  to ensure security and performance.  </li><li> Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and provide user training when necessary.  </li><li> Collaborate with IT teams or vendors for escalated technical problems.  </li><li>Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols. </li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 5 years in IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles.  </li></ul> Technical Qualifications<ul><li> Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux troubleshooting.  </li><li> Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services </li><li> Basic understanding of  networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li> Familiarity with remote support tools ( AnyDesk, RDP).  </li><li>Knowledge with CCTV and biometric access control</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.  </li><li>Preferred certifications : CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), ITIL, etc.  </li><li>Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).   </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with  ticketing systems    </li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. </li></ul> Availability : 2 hours daily for 5 days</div></div>
