The program&rsquo;s success comes from the support of the people of Saskatchewan and the dedication of SARCAN employees - people with all abilities who are committed to protecting our environment. SARCAN is a division of SARC, a provincial association of community-based organizations that provide services and supports to people experiencing disability. Many SARC Members directly operate the SARCAN depots in their communities.
