Experience with Agile methodology is a plus, and you support others in understanding and applying it.<ul><li>Effective execution, coordination, and organization of multiple IT projects</li><li>Develop, refine, and manage project plans to ensure on time and on budget delivery</li><li>Arrange and manage the right resources required for the project within GEA IT organization and, depending on the project, also resources from external IT service providers</li><li>Proper reporting of project status to the project boards, service delivery management, to the service owner(s) and to other stakeholders</li><li>Identify and manage risks to ensure successful delivery</li><li>Keep track on pending issues and escalate where necessary</li><li>Change management activities that are related to the project deliverables</li><li>Excellent, timely and effective communication about the project to all stakeholders.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsWe expect you to have proven experiences (at least 10 years) in IT project managementThe following educational background, knowledge, skills, and competencies are relevant for this role:<ul><li>Master’s degree or relevant experience.</li><li>Experience with large SAP projects.</li><li>Experience with project management frameworks, particularly Prince 2 (certification preferred).</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban (certification preferred).</li><li>Ability to understand business processes, interdependencies and complexity.</li><li>Result driven – focused on targets and project plans.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management.</li><li>Experience as program manager / multi project manager desirable.</li><li>Proven ability to manage an international team of experts.</li><li>As this role is in an international environment, English language skills are a must. Both verbally as in writing. German language skills would be very welcome.
