And that’s where you come in.Job Description:Ensure the application of Controlling Model on project with medium level of complexity.Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Fill in all economical slide for PQR including explanations on main deviations (Whole life and yearly). Monthly report all item deviances (Costs, revenue, Cash in …) to the relevant stakeholders (PM, WP leaders, Controlling coordinator …)</li><li>Control Work package leaders forecSTS (workload, schedule with contract milestones, budget…)</li><li>Ensure in controlling tools (PCS, SAP) and verify in Primavera the coherence of data based on official documentation (actual, forecSTS, Whole life costs and invoicing)</li><li>Anticipate and Highlight as soon as possible (PM, workpackage leaders or senior controller) for all potentials risks of deviance in terms of costs or delay</li><li>Align the controlling tools (PCS, SAP, … ) with the forecast of invoicing plan and cash in;</li><li>Verify the forecast of cash out based on costs schedules;</li><li>Check all costs registration to verify the respect of the forecast and</li><li>Whole Life, reporting to PM and WP Leaders main deviations.</li><li>Analyze with Planner and PM the Earned Value output for each WP;</li><li>Calculate EVA at global level in accordance with group controlling model</li></ul>Required Skills/ Knowledge:<ul><li>1-5 Years of experience</li><li>Primavera - WinProject Knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of statutory (SAP) and management (Hyperion) Tools</li><li>Knowledge in Project cost control, Project Management</li><li>Expertise of Accounting &amp; finance, Tax, requirements</li><li>Knowledge of legal requirements (Contract clauses , Bond text; L/C …)</li></ul>Education / Qualifications:  Master Degree in accounting or equivalent technical backgroundLanguages:Good English proficiency (written and spoken)#LI-AM1Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
