Spare Parts Procurement &amp; Delivery Management:<ul><li>Place and track spare parts orders to meet client requirements and contractual deadlines.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely shipment and compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Resolve logistics challenges (e.g., customs, shipping delays) to minimize downtime for clients.</li></ul> 2. Swing Set and parts Procurement:<ul><li>Raise purchase orders (POs) for critical parts, including main components and swing sets in alignment with project schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with project and internal teams to ensure manufacturing timelines support vessel docking schedules.</li><li>Coordinate classification certification of the unit with local classification office.</li></ul> 3. Project Coordination &amp; Workshop Oversight:<ul><li>Lead the review and overhaul main components in workshops, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and workshop teams to troubleshoot issues and validate component readiness.</li><li>Coordinate the logics of the units from Wartsila workshop to customer.</li><li>Coordinate the preservation and storage activities and shares SWR with customer monthly if applicable.</li></ul> 4. Technical Improvements &amp; Upgrades:<ul><li>Propose technical upgrades and modifications to Wartsila systems as per technical recommendations.</li><li>Support the implementation of approved upgrades, including cost-benefit analysis and timeline planning.</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder Communication:<ul><li>Act as the primary interface between clients, internal teams (engineering, procurement, workshops), and external suppliers if needed.</li><li>Provide regular updates to clients on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.</li><li>Manage on the job change orders.</li></ul> 6. Contract Support:<ul><li>Assist the Contract Manager in updating delivery schedules for spare parts, ensuring alignment with docking plans.</li><li>Monitor and report on budget utilisation for spare parts and upgrades, identifying cost-saving opportunities.</li></ul> 7.
