You will lead team efforts on forensic investigations, behaviour evaluations, condition assessments using non-destructive and destructive methods, and the development of waterproofing design. Working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting operationalexcellence, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to continuous improvement and business development efforts.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p>● Lead the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects.</p><p>● Perform building envelope assessments, including site investigations, field testing, and forensic analysis.</p><p>● Prepare detailed technical reports, design documents, and recommendations for remediation.● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.● Coordinate and communicate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to align objectives, manage expectations, and ensure project requirements are met.● Monitor project progress and performance, tracking milestones, deliverables, and financials to identify variances and implement corrective actions as needed.● Review architectural and structural plans for compliance with building envelope best practices and industry standards.</p><p>● Conduct water infiltration testing, infrared thermography, air leakage testing, and other diagnostics.● Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and maintain clear, organized documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.● Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in project execution and team collaboration.● Support business development activities including proposal development, scope definition, and client presentations.● Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to project management processes, tools, and workflows.● Other duties may be assigned</p><h2>Qualifications</h2><p>● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.● 7+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably within engineering, or construction industries.● Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, and high-impact projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.● Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar, and Microsoft Office Suite.● In-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.● Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.● Experience managing project financials, contracts, and vendor relationships.● Ability to travel to job sites and regional offices as needed.● Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a matrixed or decentralized organization.</p><h2>Travel Requirements</h2><p>● This position does require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel may be required, up to 40%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events.
