Follow process and system to meet global customers along with cost quality and delivery. Efficient vendor management to ensure smooth flow of production activity at vendor places. Optimize sub-contracting activities and monitor material status as per forecast.</li><li>Providing weekly production plans to sub vendors as per OBL plan and Monitoring reconciliation of sub vendor materials. Rejection material handling and review with quality and SCM team.
