Managing escalations from customers and stakeholders as required.</li><li>Ensure Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and ensure in scope HR practices comply with company policies, guidelines, and Standard Operational Procedures.</li><li>Inspired to Innovate: Lead and support various HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving HR operations and employee experience. Support the optimization of HR technology solutions such as Workday HCM and Workday Help to streamline HR processes.
