<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div> The Parts Associate will be responsible for managing and organizing parts inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. This role does not involve direct customer interaction, but does involve vendor interaction by placing orders, and exchanges/returns/cores Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies. </li><li>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records of parts going to the shop. </li><li>Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary to ensure adequate supply. </li><li>Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for quality and report any discrepancies or defects. </li><li>Warehouse Organization: Ensure parts are stored in an orderly and accessible manner while keeping the parts department clean. </li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and technicians. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, hydraulics, or garbage bodies is a plus. Ability to drive a forklift. </li><li>Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer skills. </li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy parts and supplies as needed.  </li><li>Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. </li></ul>Benefits: Each full-time eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation packet including Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, and STD.
