Create reconciliations and revaluation processes which can be implemented on a monthly basis with relevant substantiation to support Balance Sheet Control.</li><li>Assist in resolving revenue queries to facilitate broker compensation processes.</li><li>Ensure a full understanding of trade flows and interfaces for EMEA, maintain trade and broker mappings for monthly reporting.</li><li>Production of variance analysis and analytical reviews for the P&amp;L and Balance Sheet.</li><li>Responsible for providing analytical review of Transfer Pricing Recharges ensuring full understanding of key entity and Asset class drivers.</li><li>Assisting with team developments to improve efficiency, reporting and processes for both UK and Non-UK offices in a controlled environment.</li><li>Build a rapport with counterparts in other regions to agree and settle intercompany balances and foster the sharing of best practice.</li><li>Ensure an effective risk and control framework is embedded to support our processes.</li><li>Assist with the Annual preparation of Budgets and Forecasts for P&amp;L and Balance Sheet, ensuring full understanding of revenue trends and key cost drivers.</li><li>Year-end reporting.
