Skeleton Technologies is looking for a Group Financial Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management across our production sites in Finland and Germany. This is a key role supporting our scale-up and long-term growth.How you can help us on the journey:<ul><li>Lead group budgeting and forecasting, working closely with unit heads.</li><li>Drive long-term financial planning aligned with the company’s strategy.</li><li>Prepare monthly management reporting, providing insights and improvement recommendations to top management.</li><li>Build and maintain financial analysis and KPI reporting (Power BI / Excel), tracking performance on a weekly basis.</li><li>Support fundraising activities (equity, grants, debt) with financial models and analysis.</li><li>Partner with operations, technology, and sales to support decisions related to factory scale-up, technology development, and growth.</li></ul>RequirementsAre you the one we are looking for? <ul><li>Great attitude and the curiosity to learn and improve.
