Troubleshoot networking issues on fiber, ethernet, modbus, rs485, etc.  </li></ul><ul><li>Perform Root Cause Analysis of failures and develop corrective action plans. </li></ul>Site Leadership &amp; Client Relations <ul><li>Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, professionally representing Melink Solar to clients, asset owners, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors. </li></ul><ul><li>Preset, support, and lead by example with a safety-first and quality-oriented culture on every job site. </li></ul><ul><li>Mentor and guide other technicians or subcontractors as needed. (This is a key "senior" duty) </li></ul>Administration &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Diligently utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document all work, manage work orders, and track asset history. </li></ul><ul><li>Support ordering, inventory, and logistics of spare parts for assigned sites. </li></ul><ul><li>Support tracking costs and provide data to support financial reporting. </li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all work is performed in strict accordance with Melink Solar policy, OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards. </li></ul><ul><li>Fill out Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) before work begins. </li></ul><ul><li>Follow Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures for all electrical and mechanical work. </li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: Technical Skills &amp; Knowledge <ul><li>4+ years of hands-on experience in the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Commercial &amp; Industrial (C&amp;I) or Utility-Scale solar PV systems is required.
