This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of transportation in one of the world's most rapidly developing regions.</p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate small to mid-size project teams, overseeing transport planning tasks and projects</li><li>Conduct comprehensive transport studies and provide expert technical guidance in areas such as traffic engineering, smart cities, and transport modeling</li><li>Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex transportation challenges</li><li>Manage project deliverables, task allocation, presentations, and reports to ensure high-quality outcomes</li><li>Engage with clients as a key point of contact for projects and proposals</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and provide constructive feedback</li><li>Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment</li><li>Contribute to the strategic direction of the transport planning department</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain the organization's competitive edge</li><li>Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder consultations</li></ul>
