This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and system resilience.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the team of MES- focused SREs, automation specialist and monitoring analysts.</li><li>Mentor team member and foster a culture of continuous improvement and blameless postmortems.</li><li>Oversee the implementation of observability tools and dashboards for Systems performance and health monitoring.</li><li>Lead incidents response efforts and ensure timely resolution of MES, LMIS related issues.</li><li>Drive automation of deployments, health checks, and recovery processes.</li><li>Collaboration with Development, Project teams to integrate MES into CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Work closely with MES &amp; Ignition Developers, PFS Operations, and IT Infrastructure teams.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for Plant Systems reliability concerns.</li><li>Analyze systems performance trends and forecast future capacity needs.</li><li>Recommend infrastructure improvements to support MES scalability.</li><li>Ensure MES systems adhere to cybersecurity and regulatory standards.</li><li>Support audits and documentation for compliance initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years in IT Operations, SRE, MES support roles with Engineering degree in IT, Electronics or Computer Science.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MES platforms- Rockwell FTPC.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PLC- Rockwell and Siemens</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools (Elastic APM, Grafana, Dynatrace), Automation (Ansible, Python), and CI/CD.</li><li>Excellent Leadership, communication, and incident management skills.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
