AECOM are seeking a highly skilled Structures BIM Lead to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead the structural BIM of complex projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure the model is built in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.</li><li>Lead and manage the implementation of BIM processes across project stages, from concept to handover.</li><li>Generate and manage 2D deliverables from the BIM model, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.</li><li>Manage and oversee the development and maintenance of the discipline-specific BIM model.</li><li>Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models, ensuring timely updates and clash-free deliverables.</li><li>Ensure model health, compliance, and quality by conducting regular audits and reviews.</li><li>Ensures accuracy and quality of discipline BIM model information, presentation, and coordination</li><li>Coordinate internally with the discipline’s design team to ensure accurate representation of design intent in the model.</li><li>Ensure drawings are extracted with correct scale, view templates, and title blocks per company/project standards.</li><li>Support sheet creation, annotation workflows, and print reviews before submissions.</li><li>Use BIM quality tools (e.g., Revit Warnings, Model Checker) to maintain quality.</li><li>support the development and implementation of automation tools and computational design techniques</li></ul> <ul></ul>
