Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with the Engineering &amp; Product department currently ~20 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year. Role description This role is to join our Heat team, who are focused on the very thing that autarc set out to achieve when we were founded 2 years ago. You’ll be continuously involved in decision making, as opposed to having narrow and machine-like tasks in a larger organisation where you will need to contribute towards defining roadmaps and mentoring other members of squad.  This work will consist of building UI links and widgets, mapping out data and correlating systems so that they work seamlessly. As our user base grows, and in a bid to stay ahead of competition, our OS needs to be continuously optimised in ensuring that when a customer uses our app, they have everything they need in one place, from admin panels, documentation and scheduling, through to image processing, rendering and offline capabilities.  Other responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Creating Frontend applications in React</li><li>Focusing on flawless Frontend designs and UI</li><li>Interacting with the Design team to improve UX</li><li>Building a sync engine for offline use</li><li>Setting up servers </li><li>Be hands-on in designing, coding and testing cycles for both existing and new features</li><li>Develop B2B SaaS applications</li><li>Have a high level of responsibility to turn ideas into performant and reliable code</li></ul>This role is Fullstack and Frontend leaning, with an 80/20 split. With autarc we are building the leading heat pump OS for HVAC installers in Europe to accelerate the transition to low carbon homes. Heating with gas and oil accounts for 30% of Europe's CO2 emissions, and we are at the forefront of combating this environmental concern. The problem: Installers are eager to install more heat pumps but are hindered by a broken installation process. Our solution leverages LiDAR technology and AI to cut the overall project time of heat pump installations by 50%. We integrate a CRM, planning, and design tool into an all-in-one platform. By capturing hundreds of data points in minutes rather than hours, we empower installers to confidently shift their business to the right technology &ndash; heat pumps.
