What You Will Do We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and inspire our recruitment team across the USCAN region and Global Functions. In this highly visible role, you will:<ul><li>Provide leadership, guidance, and process expertise to a team of talent acquisition professionals, hiring managers, and our RPO provider (hourly).</li><li>Drive proactive workforce planning and talent pipelining in partnership with business leaders and HR partners across 17 US locations.</li><li>Spearhead and own pivotal TA projects, including technology enhancements, vendor evaluations, and process improvements.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage prospects with a focus on strategic and hard-to-fill roles.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations, including US law, OFCCP requirements, and company policies.</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Build strong relationships with business leaders and key employees to understand and respond to talent needs. This includes a keen focus on our plant operations throughout the US Region. Travel will be heavier at the outset of the role.</li><li>Coach, evaluate, and develop your team to maximize effectiveness and support career growth.</li><li>Assign workload and ensure a high level of expertise and customer service.</li><li>Track KPIs, data integrity, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction, leveraging Workday Recruit and other tools.</li><li>Nurture our programs within the region: Early Careers and Military/Veteran talent attraction.</li><li>Manage third-party agency relationships, including the RPO that manages hourly hiring across the region.
