This role is pivotal in fostering a connected, informed, and engaged workforce across 11 manufacturing plants and multiple offices. You will be responsible for ensuring that employees understand and feel aligned with our company’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. You will lead the internal communications function with a strong execution mindset, providing clear direction and support to our network of communication champions. Your role will involve crafting and delivering impactful communications that support business transformation, cultural alignment, leadership visibility, and employee engagement. You will set clear boundaries and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all internal channels. With a strong focus on innovation, you will explore and integrate new channels and technologies—including AI—to enhance communication effectiveness and personalization.
