Responsible for deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building multi-level stakeholder relationships over extended sales cycles (6-36 months). Manage intricate proposals and contracts while maintaining accurate long-range pipeline forecasts in this highly technical and mission-critical industry.Responsibilities <ul><li>Anticipate data centre infrastructure needs years ahead and position solutions within strategic expansion plans</li><li>Create tailored solutions balancing reliability, efficiency, and sustainability requirements for critical operations</li><li>Engage as trusted advisor rather than vendor, establishing genuine thought leadership with technical teams</li><li>Manage complex bids and contract negotiations through to successful closure for high-value projects</li><li>Develop compelling business cases demonstrating operational and financial benefits through sophisticated ROI analysis</li><li>Coordinate solutions across international locations with diverse regulatory and operational requirements</li></ul>Location: Roma with requirement to intensive travel.What we're looking for:<ul><li>Proven track record in exceeding targets and managing complex B2B technical solution sales</li><li>More than 3 years experience in managing extended sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders across decision levels</li><li>Success building C-suite and technical decision-maker relationships in technology environments</li><li>Background in data centres, critical infrastructure i.e UPS and knowledge of data centre power, cooling, and backup systems with tier classifications preferable</li><li>Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with clients' long-term strategic roadmaps</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>A competitive fixed salary</li><li>Commission scheme uncapped</li><li>Position eligible for a company car</li><li>Insurance: life, lost injury and Health insurance</li><li>Meal vouchers: €8 per day</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme</li></ul>​Why join Aggreko?We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people's unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
