You are specialized in complex, engineered solutions for sustained power, heating &amp; cooling needs across the data centres sector to cover the south region in Italy (Roma-Bari)Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as a Sales Business Developer :<ul><li>Drive significant revenue growth through consultative selling of complex technical solutions to data centre customers.</li><li>Be responsible for deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building multi-level stakeholder relationships over extended sales cycles (6-36 months).</li><li>Manage intricate proposals and contracts while maintaining accurate long-range pipeline forecasts in this highly technical and mission-critical industry.</li></ul>Location: Roma with requirement to intensive travel.You are:<ul><li>Proven track record sales individual with an exceeding targets able to manage complex B2B technical solution sales</li><li>More than 3 years experience in managing extended sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders across decision levels</li><li>Success building C-suite and technical decision-maker relationships in technology environments</li><li>Background in data centres, critical infrastructure i.e UPS and knowledge of data centre power, cooling, and backup systems with tier classifications preferable</li><li>Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with clients' long-term strategic roadmaps</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>A competitive fixed salary</li><li>Commission scheme uncapped</li><li>Position eligible for a company car</li><li>Insurance: life, lost injury and Health insurance</li><li>Meal vouchers: €8 per day</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme</li></ul>​Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
