This is a hybrid role based out of our Ridgewood, NJ HQ, but could also be located at our NYC, LA, or Oakland, CA offices. Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual obligations. Requires a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Has dealt with high-stakes environments with liquidated damages.</li><li><b>Expertise in regulatory compliance and infrastructure development: </b>Significant experience managing permitting processes, utility connections (e.g., natural gas pipelines), and other regulatory requirements for large-scale energy or data center projects. Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations governing energy infrastructure is essential.</li><li><b>Customer-focused project leadership: </b>Demonstrated ability to engage with hyperscalers, colocation providers, or other large-scale customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
