Specializing in high-throughput manufacturing and supply chain efficiency, Last Energy is revolutionizing nuclear power delivery for rapid deployment and scalability. </div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts, O&amp;M agreements, supply/procurement contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and service agreements</li><li>Provide legal advice to internal teams across development, operations, procurement, and finance</li><li>Assist in managing the full contract lifecycle and maintaining contract management tools</li><li>Collaborate with outside counsel as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local energy laws and regulations</li><li>Track and interpret changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Support internal audits and risk assessments tied to contract obligations</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>JD degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing</li><li>6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a mix of law firm and in-house environments</li><li>Strong background in commercial contracting, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers</li><li>Business-oriented mindset with strong judgment and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Experience in energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors</li><li>Familiarity with international contracting and cross-border deal structures is a plus</li></ul><br>
