Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor next year at the Idaho National Laboratory, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.</div>Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Assemble, wire, and integrate hardware including PCBs, harnesses, electrical panels, and enclosures.</li><li>Complete work according to procedures and specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers to develop and document processes.</li><li>Expert using manufacturing tools including but not limited to soldering irons, cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches.</li><li>Familiarity with electromechanical testing including continuity, hi-pot, and pull test.</li><li>Abide by a high level of operational standards regarding safety, reliability, and cleanliness.</li><li>Understand the basics of electrical hardware and how to interact with it safely.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience with military/aerospace grade electronics.</li><li>Experience with high-power electronics and batteries.</li><li>Knowledge of production equipment and tooling to build out a functional electromechanical manufacturing floor.</li><li>Ability to flex to projects in support of near-term company goals.</li><li>Experience with NASA-STD-8739.4, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620.</li><li>Experience with UL-508A, NFPA-70 (NEC).</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>Standing, bending, and working with small components for extended periods.</li><li>Good vision and fine motor skills for precision electrical assembly work.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.</li><li>Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and able to work well on a team with minimal oversight.</li><li>Able to stay organized and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Able to work in outdoor environments as needed.</li><li>Ability to work at elevated heights occasionally (scissor lifts, ladders, etc.)</li><li>Ability to travel on occasion for offsite support.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.</li><li>Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.</li></ul> <div>Total Compensation and BenefitsRadiant's new hire compensation package includes base salary, substantial equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
