<div><div>The position of ES&amp;O Maintenance Planner for the America's region is responsible for creating maintenance plans for existing ESS customers with service agreements. This includes creating and maintaining annual maintenance plans, parts lists, and work schedules. A successful candidate will be comfortable working with several projects in different geographical locations and time zones. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. The candidate should thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment while the industry and company go through substantial growth. The main location for this position is Mexico City Education and Professional Requirement: •   Must have a BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant work experience in Energy Storage and Renewables. Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish.  Accountabilities: •    Prepare and maintain maintenance plans for contractual equipment •    Ensure maintenance plans are executed according to time schedule and work scope  Main Responsibilities:•    Create contract lifetime maintenance plan  •    Update annual and detailed maintenance plans for the assigned contracts and prepare input for annual financial maintenance planning.  •    Proactively seek for performance improvement possibilities and ensure operational and technical improvements are proposed. Create the sales opportunities in CRM, or if part of contract, in maintenance management tool.   •    Act timely that the availability required spare parts, exchange parts, field service resources and required maintenance tools for maintenance tasks are at installation as per maintenance plan.•    Monitor site spare part inventory if applicable •    Monitor that the maintenance tasks are executed within the targeted time, and the Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Guidelines are followed as well as Customer Site Procedures. •    Communication and reporting with Contract Managers and customers around maintenance management.  •    May assist in and / or provide input to the formulation, development and/or revision of operating policies, procedures, and strategies for the organization, as appropriate. •    Provide project status updates to Manager of Life Cycle management and senior management team •    Collaborate with internal fields services team to schedule work. •    Create and maintain core maintenance plans for all ES&amp;O products. •    Retrieve up to date spare part data from all battery, PCS vendors. Development Responsibilities:•    Participate in the development of efficient maintenance management planning and execution  General Skills:•    Cost awareness &amp; effectiveness •    Cultural knowledge •    Teamwork skills •    Wärtsilä Quality, safety &amp; environment skills •    Workplace ICT equipment &amp; applications Professional Skills:•   Maintenance Management •   Customer understanding •   Cyber security •   Energy Storage knowledge•   Scheduled maintenance •   Auxiliary system knowledge</div></div> 1
