This role will focus on building strategic relationships with data center owners, developers, general contractors, and MEP contractors, with a specific emphasis on expanding our load bank business and developing a scalable asset management program.<div></div>Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>Work from home or in a local service center</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Uncapped quarterly bonus structure</li><li>Monthly car allowance</li><li>No-cost medical plan option available</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Career growth potential in expertise, leadership, and across territories</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul><div></div>What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Drive business development efforts focused on load bank rentals and services for data center testing and commissioning</li><li>Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Aggreko’s presence in the data center construction and commissioning lifecycle</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including data center owners, developers, general contractors, and MEP contractors</li><li>Lead the creation and implementation of an asset management program tailored to data center commissioning needs</li><li>Conduct cold calling, account management, presentations, and deal closing</li><li>Track all sales activities including contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders</li><li>Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of Aggreko’s product offerings including load banks, power generators, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC systems, and oil-free air compressors</li></ul><div></div>You’ll Bring:<ul><li>7–10 years of direct B2B sales experience</li><li>Proven experience in data center testing and commissioning</li><li>Strong knowledge of load bank products and applications</li><li>Advanced understanding of the data center industry and construction ecosystem</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)</li><li>Ability to collaborate across departments including operations, fleet, and logistics</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
