What You Will Do<ul><li>Support the Metals team with day-to-day operations, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Assist in tracking and monitoring core returns, geographical trends, and network optimization opportunities</li><li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (supply chain, planning, logistics, and procurement) to gather insights and help solve real business challenges.</li><li>Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in ongoing projects such as forecasting, working capital optimization, and risk management.</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Leverage analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Copilot) to organize and interpret data.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team members, shadowing subject matter experts and learning industry best practices.</li><li>Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills (root cause analysis) to generate insights and recommendations.</li><li>Use effective communication skills to share updates, findings, and proposals with the team and leadership.</li><li>Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Project Management, and/or Business Administration.</li><li>Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer</li><li>Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week.
