This includes chairing monthly meetings and supporting performance appraisals, probation reviews, and objective setting.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for the Document Management System (DMS), overseeing access, training, communication, issue resolution, and system development.</li><li>Serve as the business representative and subject matter expert (SME) for the future replacement of the current DMS, including defining requirements and evaluating proposed solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain internal document inspections to ensure project documentation meets required standards, addressing any issues as they arise.</li><li>Lead onboarding, inductions, and training for new team members to ensure they are fully prepared for their roles.</li><li>Represent SPT Projects as a member of the Cambuslang Office Depot Management Team.</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul><li>Proven experience in leading and managing teams, both directly and functionally.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Document Management Systems (e.g., ACC Autodesk) and document control procedures.</li><li>Experience managing documentation across multiple projects.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and database software.</li><li>Quality auditing qualification.</li><li>Experience with ISO 9001; ISO 19650 (BIM) is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>Minimum Criteria<ul><li>Demonstrated leadership experience.</li><li>Previous document control experience.</li><li>Ability to manage changing workloads and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficient IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and database systems.</li></ul>  What’s in it for you As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
