Your mission<br>                                Cube Green Energy (CGE) is looking to recruit a Group Tax Manager to join the growing finance function. <br><br>In this role, you will be based either in our Berlin or London office and will be reporting directly to the Group Finance Director. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will assist management by managing the Group’s tax affairs.<br> <br>Essential responsibilities<br>This role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:<br><ul><li>Be responsible for all Group tax compliance and reporting.</li><li>Oversee and manage outsourced tax service providers to the Group.</li><li>Manage and develop the Group’s tax strategy, Anti hybrid, Transfer Pricing policies, country by country and Pillar 2 reporting requirements. </li><li>Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies.</li><li>Provide input into M&amp;A and Financing &amp; Structuring activities</li><li>Provide expert tax advice to senior management.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to streamline tax processes.</li><li>Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and its impact on the Group.</li><li>Participate in the planning and management of the Group’s financing arrangements.</li><li>Communicating closely with the wider finance team.</li><li>Oversee all tax-related activities.</li><li>Report to the Group Finance Director.</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                Desired characteristics<br><ul><li>Self-starter, diligent with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment across multiple locations/time-zones.</li></ul><br>Experience and qualifications:<ul><li>Professional qualification as a Certified Tax Advisor or Chartered Tax Adviser or equivalent</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a medium to large scale corporate environment</li><li>Experience of working in a multinational environment, ideally across Europe.</li><li>Strong understanding of tax planning strategies and experience in managing indirect taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST).</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Private equity experience desirable.</li></ul>                            Why us?<br>                                Cube Green Energy is a German-based renewable energy producer and developer leading the transformation of Europe’s energy market<br>We develop and operate onshore wind farms, with a core specialization in repowering existing sites to optimize performance and maximize energy output.
