With dynamic and experienced technical leaders in the team, we have successfully executed various prestigious and big projects for the esteemed Indian customers like Maruti Suzuki India, Toyota, Suzuki Motors Gujrat, Bellsonica, H-one etc.. with scope ranging from Project management, Design of Welding Fixtures/Grippers/conveyors, Robot simulation, manufacturing, assembly, Installation, and commissioning till production support.Job Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Control and monitor all the project related duties.</li><li>Knowledge of BIW project handling.</li><li>Handling of in-house site activities.</li><li>Coordination with the internal team and the customers.</li><li>Micro- Management of project related activities.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Handles the BIW projects for Automotive OEMs.</li><li>Good knowledge of BIW design, process, quality, estimation, budget and cost control.</li><li>Prepare and Float the RFQ as per the customer requirement and Cycle Time.</li><li>Detailed schedule preparation and single point of contact between customer and internal team (Design, simulation, electrical-design, controls, robotics, integration, and SCM)</li><li>Monitoring on Customer Schedule and Execution at site as per the Milestone.</li><li>Prepare about the process Flow layout about the assy. &amp; get the approval from customer requirement.</li><li>Commercial Costing sharing to Marketing team at the time of Customer RFQ. (i.e., Costing)</li><li>Prepare about the cycle time &amp; Manpower allocation.</li><li>Facilitates technical guidance and support to the team.</li><li>Prepare process planning sheet for each welding Assy.</li><li>Communicate all quality/process requirements to welding Cell suppliers in consultation with Q. A. (Referring the Customer standards.)</li><li>Execution of Welding Cell at Customer end as per approved Layout &amp; Scope.</li><li>Prove out at Customer end after installation of Cells.</li><li>Final buyoff of all welding Cell with confirmation of requirements as per the Customer.</li><li>Part presence sensors &amp; Poka-yokes in Assembly fixtures.
