AECOM's Water group is searching for an Electrical, Instrumentation &amp; Controls Programmer – EIT of DCS and PLC programmer for a large capital project of a highly integrated Industrial Control Systems (ICS) in the wastewater treatment industry. Experience in the application and startup of industrial process controls is required.   In this role you will:<ul><li>Design and specification development for SCADA, DCS and other controls systems (including low voltage such as telecommunications, CCTV and security) focused in low voltage applications mainly.</li><li>Design and specification development for controls and instrumentation systems with focus on SCADA &amp; DCS systems.</li><li>Design and specification of instrumentation and process control devices for various processes including water/wastewater treatment and other light industrial applications.</li><li>Develop and implement industrial control systems configurations, graphics, databases and other connected systems.</li><li>Participate in the implementation of advanced software applications and automatic control strategies.</li><li>Participate in simulations, testing and commissioning of process control applications.</li><li>Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.</li><li>Assist in the team achieving engineering deliverables (e.g., drawings and specifications) comply with applicable regulations, standards, corporate procedures and sound engineering practices.</li></ul>
